About 75% of all firearms that come into the shop that are experiencing accuracy problems are because of an un-cleaned bore or bore buildup.
I have seen a Remington 760 go from a “My barrels needs replaced because it is shooting a 12-inch group” to a 1.5-inch group just by cleaning the bore properly. We all know shooting is fun and cleaning is a chore, but it is something that must be done. A firearm is an investment. It will last for a long time and be safer to use with a little bit of maintenance. If you don’t want to clean it just send it to us at the end of the season and let us do it.
